SHIPPING

  • We provide free shipping pan India.
  • For overseas orders, postage and handling charges would be an additional (As applicable). You may contact us for more details.
  • At Zarinama, each personalized piece of art is created with a lot of care. Owing to our intimate, on-demand production process, it may take 15 working days or more for your products to get processed excepting delivery duration.
  • Zarinama would not be liable for any delays which are caused on account of its delivery partner. 
  • Generally we ship our products within 03-15 days but we do not follow a strict time line policy as we depend more on manual labour than machines for making our designs. As such the estimated time for shipping might increase in certain circumstances leading to delays for which we can’t be held liable. 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PAYMENTS

  • Kindly note, COD is not applicable on orders above INR 15,000/-.
  • The minimum value for COD is INR 1300/-.
  • COD is applicable to selected cities, that will be confirmed by a Zarinama executive.
  • Simply placing a COD Order will not amount to confirmation of the same. Our executive will call you for confirmation of the COD Order. 
  • In case of non-acceptance of a COD Order by a customer it would amount to the customer being treated as a Blacklisted Customer and she/he would no longer be able to place a COD Order again. (This policy has been made to serve you better and protect us from bogus buyers.)

PREPAID PAYMENTS

  • The additional discount upto 5% OFF is available for each order and is provided by our payment gateway.
  • Please note- 5% discount can be availed on UPI payments and 2.5% Discount if the payment is made through Credit/Debit Cards.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Additional shipping-cost and packaging charges to be paid by the customer. 

  • International orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay duty charges. 

  • Manufacturing Time: Zarinama products usually take 8-10 days to manufacture before dispatch.

  • Delivery Timeline: International shipments are delivered within 7-8 days after dispatch.

 

Wholesale & Export Order Policy

  • Advance Payment
    Production of all wholesale and export orders shall commence only upon receipt of 100% advance payment of the order value, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Zarinama.

  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges quoted prior to dispatch are estimates only. Final shipping charges shall be determined based on the actual weight, dimensions, and volumetric measurements of the packed shipment. Any additional shipping costs shall be payable by the customer prior to dispatch.

  • Currency Fluctuation
    All quotations are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue. Thereafter, prices are subject to revision based on prevailing foreign exchange rates and market conditions.

  • Banking & Transaction Charges
    All bank charges, foreign exchange conversion charges, intermediary bank charges, payment gateway fees, and any other transaction-related costs incurred in transferring funds shall be borne by the customer. Zarinama must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.

  • Refund Policy
    In the event that a refund is approved by Zarinama, all bank charges, currency conversion losses, payment gateway fees, and any other transaction costs incurred during the original payment and refund process shall be borne solely by the customer. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after deducting such charges.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes
    All import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT/GST, local taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
